NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Society will be held
at the AirSpace Conference Centre, Imperial War Museum Duxford, Duxford
Cambridgshire, CB22 4QR on Monday 4th of October 2010 at 10.30 a.m. to transact
the following business:-
1. To receive the Chairman’s report.
2. To receive the Report of the Directors and the Financial Statements for the
year ended 31st March 2010.
3. To re-appoint Messrs Berry & Co as auditors of the Society and authorise the
Council of Management to fix their remuneration
(Resolution No. 1).
4. To elect the Directors. (Resolution No. 2)
